Rain, hail or shine we were committed and heading up to Catherine Hill Bay bright and early on a Sunday morning …. It was wet and an early departure from Sydney but the Rose team forged ahead and had some fun in the process. Joining the other local volunteers we made up the team of 74 people and contributed to the 5 piles of rubbish that were collected - of which we estimate; 1 tonne of general rubbish, and 15 t of bottles and cans, a fantastic result! Thanks to Damien the site coordinator for his lovely message - we were happy to play a part of the day and support keeping Catho beautiful…
